  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • A valid return request has been approved as per our Return Policy

  • The product is returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition

2. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

3. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Any additional service charges (if applicable) will not be refunded

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

6. Cancellation Refunds

  • If an order is cancelled within the allowed time frame (before shipment), a full refund will be processed

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 5–7 business days
